Allison Welch, M.Ed., GPC, is the founder of Spark the Fire Grant Writing Classes and a nationally recognized speaker and trainer specializing in grant writing training, professional development, and funding strategy. With more than two decades of experience, Allison supports organizations, Tribes, government agencies, and educational institutions in building strong, ethical, and effective grant writing practices.
As an experienced educator and consultant, Allison delivers grant writing training for conferences, associations, organization networks, Tribal communities, government entities, and education professionals across the United States. Her presentations combine practical grant writing instruction, adult learning best practices, and thoughtful use of technology to help organizations strengthen proposals, improve funding readiness, and secure sustainable grant funding.
Based between Austin, Seattle, and San Antonio, Allison is available for in-person and virtual training nationwide.
