PSGA Event - Evaluation Plans

Mastering the Evaluation Plan: Tips and Tools for a Collaborative Process

Spark the Fire Grantwriting Classes recommends this specialized training printed by the Puget Sound Grantwriters Association. This online training will tackle the process of putting together an evaluation design team, and identifying the best tools you can use to facilitate real-time decisions in the ambiguous context of finalizing a grant.  Join longtime development professionals Anna Wade and Hilary Loeb as they share success stories and lessons learned from their combined 40 years leading the grant development process for education, arts, and other programs.

You’ll leave the workshop with:

  • Guidelines to ensure strong collaboration between grant developers and evaluators.

  • Planning templates to facilitate a strong development process and a smooth hand-off to program and evaluation teams following funding.

  • Resources to engage in further learning about evaluation.

This training is designed primarily for intermediate and seasoned grantwriters who play roles facilitating teams in proposal development.  The workshop will feature opportunities to apply learning through case studies and small group discussions.
